fix: remove placeholder screenshots from README#66

The command-palette.png and status-bar.png images were AI-generated placeholders showing gibberish content (fake menu items, generic 'tool-name v1.2.3'). Removed the images and their HTML tags from the README. The text descriptions already explain the features clearly. Also reduces the .vsix package size from 437 KB to 253 KB.
