Empty ul.list-inline in .toolbar-pf-results of pf-filter-results directive causes display bug in Firefox #708

empty ul (invalid markup)
removing the empty ul fixes the bug
Reported by Red Hat QE at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1540812
This bug is identical to #698 because of the commonality in the markup. I will check for additional instances.
