This repository contains materials for a 3-day course on fMRI analysis in python

There are 10 Jupyter notebooks in the Notebooks sub-directory, each with three versions:

1. nb??_*_raw.ipynb - raw (un-run) notebook
2. nb??_*.ipnyb     - run notebook (with graphics; larger file)
3. nb??_*.html      - HTML version of run notebook
