channel selection overlaps Y-Axis

When selecting the channel, the Y axis is hidden -> Low priority, maybe add a settings option to toggle whether the sidebar sets the overlay or moves the content to the right? (Overlay = default)

Edited Setting to include "Adjust Sidebar Overlap" which controls the overlap:

• Overlap Content (Default): Behaviour like before
• Move Content: Moves Plot and Buttons below to the side to not overlap the y-axis and part of the graph
