Composer analysis may run multiple times per PHPStan process. Best observed with no result cache (vendor/bin/phpstan clear-result-cache).

Might be a better way, but one way is to add some debugging line like this in ComposerCollector::runComposerDependencyAnalyser() or Analyser::run()

file_put_contents(__DIR__.'/'.uniqid(), 1);

Then:

./vendor/bin/phpstan clear-result-cache
./vendor/bin/phpstan analyze

Analysis is running for each PHPStan process, instead of once per run (luckily it's fast, but still not ideal).
