Add new row: after first insert, the Cancel button not shown

1. I insert first row
2. I try insert second row
3. I see only OK button, but Cancel button not shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I must see two button, OK and Cancel, but I see one button only

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use jquery.dataTables.editable.js v 2.3.3..
