PG-1838: A separate file (versions.sh) which contains the versions and URLs required for PG and all other components.
PG-1839: A designated separate file (common-functions.sh) for all the common functions used in every build script.
A designated separate file (install-deps.sh) just to install all the dependencies required to build PG or any other component.
