wiki: add Communication Matrix page (verbatim from docs/autosar) docs/ lives in a separate repo, so the AUTOSAR page's matrix reference pointed at a file readers can't reach. Bring the full producer→consumer communication matrix into the wiki verbatim (the cast/call patterns, the wired/gap/non-port legend, and the gaps-to-wire table). wiki: add AUTOSAR page + 7 adapted-FC sub-pages New AUTOSAR page (inserted in the sidebar before "Manifests + ARA"): an ARA-inspired-not-conformant framing (no compatibility claim, no certification intent, deviate for practicality), a paraphrased Adaptive-Platform intro (not a copy of the source blog), the Functional Cluster overview, and the cast/call communication-matrix summary. Seven sub-pages for the FCs carrying Theia adaptations — short AUTOSAR-purpose + our-take each: tsync (in-process GPS + PTP, no gpsd/NTP), shwa (telemetry + Orin power plane), per (etcd config gatekeeper), nm (WiFi/VPN readiness ladder via wpa_cli), ucm (release-dir + symlink, not A/B), vucm (Mender server + Ansible fleet surface), rds (iceoryx zero-copy bulk plane).
