Add custom resizing for 2/1 or 1/2 layouts

I'd like to be able to split the tabs into two and have one window take up 2/3 the screen space and the other 1/3 the space.

Custom layouts for 6:4 and 7:3 can be created.

haha I fully expect you to use it now :P. The release also has keyboard shortcuts :)
