- Immediately transform interval data to dense bfloat16 array to reduce GPU memory consumption.
- Breaking change: this PR turns the order of dimensions around compared to previous bigwig-loader versions. This change was overdue. Immediately outputting data in the "correct" order of dimensions (batch x sequence x track) saves transposes downstream.
