No icon shows in Object Explorer

The server's response svg file is empty, and the Object Explorer cannot show any icon.

Issue is not reproducible on pgAdmin 4 v9.8.
Can you please share the pgAdmin logs(File>View Logs...) and console logs(View>Toggle Developer Tools>Console) from the menu.
