Add Lovable Tutorial to Documentation

This PR adds a new tutorial showing how to use pgflow on Lovable, an AI-powered app builder running on Supabase. The tutorial demonstrates a manual installation approach for platforms without CLI access.

Key additions:

• Created a step-by-step guide for building a real-time greeting workflow
• Detailed instructions for manual pgflow installation via SQL
• Guidance on creating compilation Edge Functions using the compileFlow() API
