feat: generate markdown docs from mdx

Added:

• llms.txt - https://feat--markdown-docs.phase-docs.pages.dev/llms.txt
• Each page is now available in raw markdown (mdx). Simply add a .md at the end. If its an index page, use index.md - https://feat--markdown-docs.phase-docs.pages.dev/self-hosting/configuration/envars.md
• Added actions buttons to make it easier to integrate with AI based workflows (Copy .md url, copy raw markdown and open ChatGPT with docs context)

• Bumped PostHog and Simple icon versions
• Added new prebuild command that will generate .md files from mdx context with the same path structure
• Updated the exiting postbuild command to now include the new script that will generate a llms.txt file.
• Updated Cloudflare Pages build command to now include prebuild and postbuild.
