Tweens with delay don't work properly after scene restart

Description

After every scene restart actual tween delay gets bigger and bigger.
Example shows it all, click on the scene to restart it. You can check the actual delays in the console.

Ahh yes. The issue is this part of TweenData.update:

        if (this.isCountdown)
        {
            this.elapsed -= delta;

It receives a really large delta (several seconds) which overrides the elapsed value.

I'll try and fix asap.

Thank you for submitting this issue. We have fixed this and the fix has been pushed to the master branch. It will be part of the next release. If you get time to build and test it for yourself we would appreciate that.
