Particles are not positioned properly inside scaled containers

Description

Particles are not positioned properly inside scaled containers. When the parent container position is changed particles stay at the very same place though I expect they will move accordingly.

I have found a temporary fix for this issue - you can "wrap" particles with another container and position this "wrapper" container and not the particle manager directly. The display list will look like:
