Auto-inject the ng module

The ngmodule should always be added to the injector used to inject services in the resolve functions.

The change looks good. I'm still on the fence as to whether this is the approach to take as I still strongly believe a module should be able to run in isolation, which isn't the responsibility of the deferred bootstrapper.

I understand your point, but decided to add ng to the injector because it's what angularjs also does when bootstrapping your app - even if you don't explicitly list it as a dependency of your module. I also think that modules should be able to run in isolation, but not isolated from the angular core services.
