Autoresize canvas

Right now the system expects you to know what you're doing:

If you started with a big image let's say a character and you cut it to only keep the head, it would be cool to have the option to resize the canvas by checking the bounding box of all elements and use the biggest x,y out of them. Or something like that.

You can do the same thing with the Crop tool, when you crop to a larger size than you already have. While using the Crop tool, there is a button at the top named "...", which has some pre-defined options, like "All layers", could you try it out?
