The main goal is a clean, modern, fast PHP 8.5 release page, aligned with php.net style.
Built with HTML, CSS, and minimal JS — no heavy frameworks, lightweight and fast.

• Hero Section: Big, bold “PHP 8.5” title, PHP brand color (#777BB3) background, white text, centered vertically and horizontally.
• Navigation Bar: Simple, clean, brand-colored, readable on all screens.
• Features Section: Highlights real PHP 8.5 features with clean layout.
