Add an option to disable the updater

Hello!

Is there a way to properly disable the updater?

We run phpList in a controlled environment.

@szepeviktor Good question: not as far as I know. However this is a good feature to add in future. If you have not already upgraded, I suggest staying with phpList 3.3.6 until a future release including the disable updater option.
