Getting SQL error when trying to add an API key

Getting the following error on 1.4 when adding an API key. Database validation passes and I'm not seeing anything in the logs suggesting an issue. Is there some additional logging I can turn on for this?

Error: SQLSTATE[01000]: Warning: 1265 Data truncated for column 'app_security' at row 1

I ended up fixing this myself by setting up a new PHPIPAM install and using mysql to move over and fix the tables I needed. We've been through many upgrades with phpipam and I figure something got screwed up with some table somewhere.
