Potential fix for phpstan/phpstan#3674
However,
foreachdoesn't work as I'd like becuase ofObjectType::getIterableKeyType()and::getIterableValueType().Unfortunately I don't have any time left right now to figure out the right way forward. Hopefully someone else does. Otherwise just close this :)
