"What I can think about this is simple, XP does not have an airport with ID = HSSK, but it has an airport with ID = HSSS (and icao code is HSSK).
When you ask XP to return details of HSSK, using it as the ID of the airport, it will return nothing (or maybe fail), thus can cause plugin to fail and then ultimately XP to fail/crash.
I attached 2 more airports, UZTT is recently changed (from UTTT like all Uzbekistan airports) so it may not be yet in a pilots XP but OKKK/OKBK is old like Khartum, so can be used for tests.
I remember flying in/out to Kuwait but it was with older plugins, will try to check both Khartum and Kuwait to see if it fails like yours."
