• Updates to physiological-recordings.md

Outcomes:

• Discussed point of Google doc (explanation, more consideration of use cases) vs. specification files in repo (guidelines), these two files should look different but be consistent in what is allowed/recommended
• Discussed whether to list allowable entities in spec (no, but have examples when to use specific entity) and which examples of using entities to include
• case of acq and examples to include - clarify that it is used to differentiate the same kind of data (may have vastly different metadata, e.g. in case of two separate recording systems - or may have similar metadata, in case of two channels split into two files, which however we do not recommend)
• case of proc - could be useful to provide an example of its application in physio context

• Discussed requirement level of scans.tsv, will propose it as required in PR and if dropping down to recommended, will emphasize importance in physiological-recordings.md
