Currently, the tree structure is sorted by file type first (directories and files), and then by name. Github when showing a diff sorts only by filename, so it's a bit confusing to have the tree sorted diferently from what Github does.
(Is there any configuration in Github that changes this? If there is, maybe this PR doesn't make too much sense....)
This PR sorts the tree structure to just the filename.
