Summary

This builds on the huge 2.12 release to go along with the new Eto.DevExtensions 2.13 which brings design time data context previews and template updates to VS Code, Rider, and Visual Studio.

New

• Design-time data context: d:DataContext supplies sample data to the designer preview in both xeto and jeto, and Control.IsDesignMode tells views and view models when they're in a preview. Jeto also gains {Binding} values.
• Templates: generated solutions use .slnx, a single combined project is now the default (separate projects are an option), templates follow the system theme on Wpf, and VS Code shows the template options when creating a project.
• HwndFormHandler.Close is now implemented.

Memory and stability

• Controls bound to a DataStore can now be garbage collected, and leaks in TreeGridView/GridView on Mac are fixed.
• Creating widgets such as Bitmap or Graphics on several threads at once no longer throws.
• LoadComplete now fires only once per control, and removing controls from a StackLayout works correctly.

Fixes

• NumericMaskedTextStepper<T> works with every numeric type: unsigned types no longer wrap around at zero, float and byte/sbyte work, and clearing FormatString no longer rounds the value.
• Wpf: fixed a crash right-clicking a grid row while an edit reloads the rows, content no longer stays under a newly shown scrollbar, oversized tab images are scaled down instead of cropped, WebView2 no longer stays blank after its window is quickly hidden and shown, and controls whose window was closed no longer throw while being measured.
• Mac: fixed a crash closing the WebView print dialog, and updated the supported OS version for single-project macOS builds.
• Single-project and Mac builds now support the newer UseArtifactsOutput property.
