One of the missing data is the Q for each band? I have assumed 1 octave since i did not found it the manual. |

I own these speakers which definitely would benefit from some equalization: https://www.spinorama.org/speakers/Wharfedale%20EVO%204.1/ASR/index_asr.html
The Spinorama website shows 15 and 31 band graphic EQ suggestion. But the AVRs from Denon/Marantz only have a 9 band EQ.
https://support.denon.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14882/~/avr-supporting-a-manually-adjustable-graphic-eq
Basically the graphic EQ only allows adjustment of 63 Hz, 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz and 16 kHz in 0.5 dB increments (so 0, plus or minus 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 dB etc.)
See the photo here for what it looks like on my X2800H:

For now I'll try -1 on 250 Hz, -1.5 at 5 kHz, and then +0.5 at 16 kHz.
But I think a proper calculation of the 9 fixed bands could for example show that I'd need to bump 2kHz a bit to create a narrower downward curve to tackle that 4kHz boost?
Amir of ASR mentioned -2 dB at 200 Hz -4 dB at 3900 Hz and +2 dB at 7000 Hz
It would be great if the website would calculate how to set those fixed bands of EQ, in the 0.5 dB increments.
For example for the Emotiva B1+ it could say to drop the 1000 Hz by 1-2 dB but to not touch the 8 kHz slider because the peak there is too narrow for this wide band equalizer to handle.

If someone wants to give 9-band EQ suggestions for the Wharfedale Evo 4.1 or Emotiva B1+ that's fine too.
Next time I'm getting a Pioneer AVR because I've read the MCACC system allows customizing the parametric EQ bands.
