Updating patch parser calls

If you pass a cache key prefix or error flag to parsePatchFiles or processPatch, pass them in an options object. Calls that pass only the patch text still work.

parsePatchFiles(patch, { cacheKeyPrefix: 'review', throwOnError: true })
