Add Lato as a font

We have noticed a difference between the Figma and implementation font weights. To solve this we need to add/upload the font instead of embedding it. That way we can use the width values from the font family instead of the weight value (when embedding).

Discussed with Marvin, the font family file is delivered as well. Only adding it to the files is missing.

Font weights we use on the designs so far: Regular and Semi-bold
