Sync wiki to v2.0-beta source + apply doc style guide Cross-checked every page against current code. Fixed factual drift (settings defaults, slash commands, drawer tab labels, pipeline timings, gating operators/types, Scribe frontmatter, Librarian/Emma coverage). Rewrote prose under the new style guide. Added For-World-Info-Users guide to in-repo wiki.
