Hot take: Container.width/Container.height should be deprecated

I'm sorry if this sounds hateful.
In my experience their existence leads to more confusion, unpredictability and trouble overall, than benefit.

class Container {
  width: number // <-- Bad boy!
  height: number // <-- Bad boy!
}

They are also not that hard to write for those of us that do need a quick way to set the scale based on a value vs current container bounds.

Y'all know the story: Lot's of children + one big background in the container. The bg is the biggest thing, so when you set container.width & container.height all works as you'd generally expect. Until a child particle flies off, or a "glow" sprite gets too big, and pushes the bounds of the container to outside of the background. Then suddenly "why is my container small, I'm setting it exactly 400px. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... wth"

A situation, avoidable by removing the false promise of simple w/h, and forcing peeps to always resize their pixi containers thoughtfully.
