Changes since v3.67.5:

• Explain the error about visible_build in the variable:create command (#1070)
• Remove --fail by default in curl commands (it's now a flag)
  There is no way to make curl "fail" (return non-zero for HTTP error responses)
  while also returning a body. The body is necessary, however, to see the error
  message that APIs return (e.g. from a 400 invalid POST or PATCH request).
• Add detection.api_domain_suffix config to ignore 401s from alternative hosts
