**Reason**: You are running Plone in a virtual machine (docker, vagrant) on a case sensitive (or rather case unaware) file system (Mac OSX).
The system is getting confused between ``DateTime`` and ``datetime`` because it gets the wrong information from the host system.

**Solution**: Make sure you are not using shared folders that get written to by both systems.
Or at least do not put packages there.
