When I press the update plugin button on marketplace I get a strange output. The plugin does not update. This was updating from 10.0.16 to 10.0.18

I updated the plugin manually. Updating from 1.21.6 > 1.21.19. Updating from 1.21.6 > 1.21.7 also has this issue. I can update other plugins with no issues.
