Should we keep the codacy app or remove it?

It comments on PRs and does some unknown checks

How much pain is it to keep it? Because right now, it doesn't seem to do anything (again).

On the other hand, it has found at least one issue (#6606), because it seems to use PMD under the hood? If it's no pain keep it - otherwise it can go.

That's no big deal. For open source projects, it's free. It asked for new permissions (which I didn't approve yet). Probably that's why it doesn't do anything.

I've approved the new permissions, maybe it's back.
