The action pnpm/action-setup@v4 is not allowed - Removed from Marketplace?

Few days ago my pipeline began to fail with:

The action pnpm/action-setup@v4 is not allowed in <my-project> because all actions must be from a repository owned by <my-org>, created by GitHub, or verified in the GitHub Marketplace.

What could be the reason? It used to work until very recently...

The error message that you are having is related to your GitHub organization's settings.
This action does not seem to have a verified badge on GitHub Actions marketplace. So, it should be approved by your organization's admins, okay?

The thing is that I didn't change anything in my org's settings and it stopped working all of a sudden.
