This PR leverages inline snapshot testing's ability to assert against multiple trailing closures to automatically assert against diagnostics, fixes, and expansions all at once. This means no need to record multiple snapshots with
applyFixItsselectively toggled.This branch relies on the proposed migration feature to make re-recording most snapshots easy.
