[1.4.b2] deleting OFF adds a MIDI instrument #1147
Description
Sometimes after typing MIDI notes I go back to editing sample instruments and I'm stuck with a bug: everytime I delete a OFF command it adds a MIDI instrument instead of leaving a blank step. (even though I selected my sample instrument and not a MIDI one).
I have to restart the tracker to make it work again.
