Fix the warning and upgrade docusaurus to 3.9.2
[WARNING] The siteConfig.onBrokenMarkdownLinks config option is deprecated and will be removed in Docusaurus v4. Please migrate and move this option to siteConfig.markdown.hooks.onBrokenMarkdownLinks instead.
[WARNING] Docusaurus site warnings: - Your site is using the SWC js loader. You can safely remove the Babel config file at babel.config.js.
