Description

• Updated GitHub Ocean docs to reflect that file and folder resync can operate without specifying organization and/or repos (either can be omitted, or both).
• Clarified selector behavior with explicit omission modes and credential scoping (GitHub App/fine-grained PAT vs classic PAT).
• Consolidated adjacent admonitions into a single, concise info block with a performance note to align with docs guidelines.
• Fixed the file resource link to point to the correct GitHub Ocean page anchor.
• Added guidance on scoping via repositoryType, path patterns, and optional repos filtering to manage rate limits and resync times.
