This PR adds support and testing for Great Tables (GT) integration, ensuring that GT tables are rendered correctly and are distinguished from standard Markdown tables throughout the documentation build process. The main changes include enhancements to the post-render processing logic, new test coverage, and the addition of a synthetic test package (GDG site) to exercise different table rendering scenarios.
