rsconnect-python raising errors during Jupyter deployment

When deploying from the Jupyter plugin, the latest rsconnect-python raises this error if there are any extra files or directories in the deployment directory:
```
Error: Bundle creation failed: 'Untitled.ipynb' is not in the subpath of '/Users/mike/rstudio/rsconnect-jupyter/notebooks3' OR one path is relative and the other is absolute.
```

This is in Voila mode and worked in a previous version.
