0.3.13

NewMate durable toDoList, manual page creation, shared conversation/MCP tools and exact due-message delivery with attention-aware thread choice. No extra reminder model call; companion-off postpones delivery. Notification suppression preserves the saved chat message. Fixed message IDs and delivery reconciliation prevent restart replay.

Apple Silicon visual/AX/Space CU, 100ms user-input idle arbitration, foreground/cursor restoration and shared pet/border rendering now have native cloud acceptance on macOS 14/15/26. Native and browser matrix · Mission Control two-Space matrix.

Cloud validation uses owned native fixtures and the actual NewMate client with explicit host/model fixtures. It does not prove official macOS DSH installation, physical keyboard/mouse timing, multi-display/fullscreen combinations or minimum Neo hardware performance. Spaces share user input; they are not complete isolation.

Existing five components and independent switches remain; this patch adds no component. Windows installation and the source/package/registry receipts are recorded in the development release archive.

Windows official DSH desktop 0.2.0-rc.2: 0.3.13 installed, 93 shipped files byte-identical, full gate 200 passed / 0 failed / 0 skipped. Actual GUI manual reminder creation and companion-off deferral/on delivery pass. A second heartBeat restart preserves exactly one reminder message and permanently consumed update task. Actual installed-host authenticated MCP create/list/cancel passes. Original messages and other plugin configuration preserved.

Official npm latest is 0.3.13. Initial publish uploaded successfully but its five-minute visibility gate expired during registry availability delay. The follow-up read-only immutable-tag/official-registry verification passes all 93 file comparisons and integrity/latest checks; the version was not republished or retagged.
