This PR introduces a minor fix to a broken link in the self-hosting, telemetry page along with minor layout changes. The old link resulted in a 404 on Github and the new link takes the reader to the type definitions for each of the dimensions. I also made a few format changes and used
TipsandNotesto call-out where to find the type definitions and where to get information on how to scrape the metrics.
