Add table and schema type enhancements

Work Done

• Added changes to Schema to allow for using the new table structure
• Added a TablesV2 that users can use to define a table with typing
• Enforced strict null check

Todo

• Update all the demos to use new way of handling types
• Update all docs that reference types
• Add changeset and release new packages
• Make announcement for Kysely and types changes

Note

Attachments package PR will need to be updated to allow for using TableV2 which will need to be looked at at a later date and due to this the react native demo cannot yet be updated/
