Docker authenticated pulls

Docker hub has rate limits per IP address for unauthenticated users (100 per IPv4 address per 6 hours), resulting in our tests often failing to pull for example the mongodb image.

We already have docker credentials configured for publishing images. This now uses the same credentials to pull images.
