Update tooling

New versions of:

• prettier
• typescript
• vitest
• @types/node

The remainder of the changes are compatibility fixes for the above.

My main reason for doing these upgrades now, is that I want to take advantage of the await using syntax, which is not supported by the current prettier and vitest versions.
