This is a proof of concept of implementing the
@stdext/sqlAPIs on top of the@sqlite-js/driverAPI.A lot of code is copied from denodrivers/sqlite3#135 and https://github.com/halvardssm/deno_stdext/tree/feat/sql/sql.
This just exposes a constructor for the better-sqlite3 driver, but can easily be adapted for any of the others.
