Changing editor playback speed no longer affects test play speed

I'm sad to see this gone. This was really nice to use for making maps at a higher difficulty than you can play, but unfortunately it got removed in #31445? Even better would be complete mod control. That would be great, but it has been a year since speed control was disabled. It would be nice to have the functionality back in the meantime until that is implemented.

Workflow before:

• Press 'test' with speed at 50%

Workflow after:

• Save, exit editor, play the entire map to test just one section
• Or: Save, make a copy, delete everything up to the test section, save & exit editor, play, delete the copy, edit the original
• Or: Work from the end of the song to the start of the song and use the first strategy

None of these are particularly good. Is there something better I can do until practice mode is implemented? I'd rather not downgrade to a year-old lazer version.
