These changes only depend on the linked PR towards the website and don't change anything content-wise. Thus, I'm fine merging them once the website PR is merged.

This PR changes notes, warnings etc to use the blocks introduced in precice/precice.github.io#113
Hence, this PR needs to be merged after the above PR in the website repo.
These changes need to be merged back to develop.
