fix(bundle): don’t bundle traceur/reflect into benchpress - amended change

Don’t need to bundle them as they are already
present in G3. I.e. the benchpress bundle
only includes benchpress and Angular2 bits.

Also removes adding license headers for now,
as we only have one license.
